This squirrel seemed surprised to see me. He regarded me curiously for a moment then scurried off to the nearest tree. Thankfully he hesitated long enough for me to snap a couple of photos.
He's a little chubby guy and cute. You know I've noticed with the squirrel population at least where I live, they are all little divas. They wait for their photo to be taken then leave. They need to have their own red carpet event :D
Wow- he is really fat! Great picture. I have a squirrel that uses my bird feeder, everyday. She opens the lid, puts her hand in and grabs some of my tasty home made suet stuff, then shuts the lid again. Very cheeky but very cute! They are always happy to pose too.

Yeah, they do seem to like someone with camera. Either curiosity or they are the little actors of the animal world.

Oh he's too cute and obviously well fed. You're lucky he did that freeze and twitch his nose thing long enough for you to snap such a candid shot.
