Despite it's size Portree is the capital of the Isle of Skye. The picturesque harbour is home to a small fishing fleet and a salmon farm. :-)

These are just wonderful. I love the contrast of the pink and blue houses.
How intriguing that this is a capital! It is very picturesque and I imagine that the salmon must be exquisite. Alas, salmon doesn't like me very much.
