Beautiful! :) We've hawks and bald eagles and osprey and falcons, but not many kestrels. I love raptor birds.
Great shot. The most common raptor around here is the red-tail hawk.
Wonderful photo! Here we have Redtail hawks and turkey vultures (they are pretty...and huge!) but I never have my camera handy...must try harder....

Wow, what a capture, I am impressed. We have hawks here that hover along the beach.
I've never seen one of these before, although we don't get alot of raptors in these parts.
