Two Seasons, One Picture

Two Seasons, One Picture

This morning I walked a couple of miles along the River Witham and discovered this sign. The picture shows the same view just after harvest.

What an innovative way to show the same scene in a different season. Love it!

How interesting. The contrast of the fields is fascinating.

It really is very interesting. I guess it's there to give everybody a good look at what it's like during the artist's favorite time.

That's really well done. It reminds me a little of a small town in France where Van Gogh used to paint, and they have signs up at the locations of his painting, showing the scene as he painted it.

I love finding strange things on walks. That seems so surreal to me, neat!! Great capture!
